The customer support is great

We purchased the WP All Import for $100. Tthe price is little steep for a private user for a personal blog, but as an organization, the $100 is nothing for the capability it provides.
I export the data well from an XML file into WP. I was having difficulties with implementing a scenario that was not documented in their user guides. But when I reached out to customer support they provided me with a custom code snippet to implement what I was trying to achieve.
Turn around time for customer support requests are around 24 hours, which is not that great. If you are going back and forth it might take some time to resolve an issue. But it is understandable given the price of the plugin, and overall I’m happy with the plugin and the support.
