the customization section without charge

    The customization section within the Amelia plugin does not work, when entering this section the page loads in a loop.

    I have used Amelia before and it has worked perfectly, how can I use an older version of the plugin which has not given me any problems so far?

    Of course yes, the version of the plugin is 1.1.4

    Hello, thank you for the update on this and for your patience.

    Can you please let me know if there is any customer or a provider with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?

    If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or provider and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
