The Customizer is currently disabled

    Hello, I recently noticed that the “Customize” menu disappears (Appearance >> Customize).

    After running the script customize.php I get the following message on the screen: “The Customizer is currently disabled”

    How to return back “Customize”-menu?

    This problem is also present after update to WordPress 4.5 =(

    Thanks HumanEclectic that found reason for the Customize menu disappearance.

    The reason for this – the plugin Menus.

    To solve the problem simply deactivate this plugin.
