The darn floating social won’t go away

I shut off floating social in Settings links below, but they still display, even after clearing cache/resetting history. Tested on cellular network to confirm it’s not router caching. Is this a bug?

While I’d like to get at the root problem, the float is covering my users’ menu nav. What’s the id, so I can, at least for now, suppress with CSS?
