The dashboard and pages will not load

    Hi

    After updates (we have 2.5.12), the project management dashboard nor pages do not load.

    We have our own permanent link. We have 3000 pages we won’t change our permanent links.

    It is nonsense to ask buyers to change their permanent links to make your plugin works.

    If you had told us that before, believe me, we would have never and never bought it.

    Can you fix this please?

    We have an urgent demo to make.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    Let me know if you have used this shortcode [pm] for frontend project management and have set it in wp-admin-> Project Manager -> Settings-> Pages like this: https://snipboard.io/r3UqVX.jpg.

    Even if the issue persists, there might have a conflict on your site. So, this will need to check if that is coming from any theme or plugin. Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

    Please deactivate all plugins except the WP Project Manager Lite and Pro.
    If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, then go for the next.

    Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty.
    Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.
    If you are still having the problem, then kindly contact us through our support channel for further investigation.
