The date of orders is wrong

Usually what causes this is when your server uses a different timezone then your WordPress config.

Can you please check your WordPress date and hour settings in Settings > General and ask your hosting provider to confirm if the format is the same?

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am not sure if this is the issue I checked the time zone settings. I think there is an issue with WooCommerce analytics. It shows zero please check the screenshot. So apart from the wrong time it does not count orders or show details.

We followed the steps. Whenever we import the import process remains at 0 items imported for few hours and the process never finishes.

We are not sure if the issue is with the plugin or not. We tried importing multiple times. We deleted the previous data, but we are unable to import yet.

Did you first clear the analytics cache in WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache?

If you already tried that, and the issue persists, please try Reimporting Historical Data in Analytics > Settings, and check again: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-historical-data

If it is still not working, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.
