I am trying to send out a test newsletter atm but it keeps showing this error.

The delivery engine is off (it should never be off). See the System Check below to reactivate it.

That is on top of every newsletter plugin page .
There is no system check below.
I can manually trigger delivery but it only sends out 4 mails then stops.

Anyone know how to get this reactivated? or sending out all mails.

Reactivate is from the diagnostic panel, of deactivate and reactivate the plugin.

You can even change the mails per hour on Newsletter main configuration. The delivery engine should not shutoff it means there are some kind of conflict with other plugins (usually).

There is nothing listed as a reactivate in the diagnostic panel, or any of the tabs.
Maintenance has force an upgrade or restore “Restore al dismissed messages”.
    Is it restore?

Other tabs are crons, logging, and system.
    System has values listed only.

But the engine is working? You should see it on diagnostic panel.

It delivers 4 messages then stops, I have to trigger the engine then it delivers 4 more. It stops after every 4 then doesn’t go further with out hitting the trigger button.

this is a copy and paste of the system info .

Ok, but did you read the page where is explained how to setup a cron call? Or did you already have it?

It delivers 4 messages then stops, I have to trigger the engine then it delivers 4 more. It stops after every 4 then doesn’t go further with out hitting the trigger button.

The newsletter delivery cron runs each 5 mins. The mails send in each run is controlled by setting Max Email per hour. SO if you have set 50 email per hour it will only send 4 emails each 5 mins. If you made it 100 then it will send 8. and so on.

The delivery engine problem should be solved by deactivate plugin and activate it again.
