Hi all. For some reason, in my certificate pdf file, the field where the face value of the certificate is specified, shows the currency Ruble with the “?” icon. How to fix it?

    Hello @evgeny99

Thank you for your message. What version of the plugin are you using. Can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Log and see if the site records show any error records for our plugin?

If there are such records please send them in a feedback message.

    Best regards

I apologize for the long response.
    1. Plugin version: 1.5.4
    2. No error was found in the Logbook

What to do? How to fix it?

    Hi @evgeny99

Ok. Thank you for your message.

This problem may be related to other plugin used in your store. Please try to isolate an issue, by disable plugins which are not our or WooCommerce. Then please enable plugins one by one, deleting cache, and check if the problem still exist.

If yes, please test the plugin again, but now using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

Please, let me know about the result.

    Best Regards,
