    The description field does not appear on the screen. When a ticket is opened
    The other fields yes, but not that one.
    What can be?

    Hi there,

    Looking at your screen-shot, there are two possibilities:
    1. You have extra HTML elements added for shortcode like code, small, etc. Please edit page in text mode and remove those elements.

    2. You have minify JS plugin active. This plugin do not support minify plugins. In fact there is no need to use minify for our plugin JS. Please either deactivate minify plugin or add exception of support plus files to minify plugin.

    i had code and i have deleted
    i have disable minify too but description field not appear

    the problem i have with w3 total cache…
    if i disable this plugin description work

    but i not want disable this plugin
    i have try to disable minify, but not work too….

    You know how fix without deactivate w3 total cache?

    if i disable “Rewrite URL structure of objects” from “Browser Cache” (into w3 total cache)
    the description work, but i not know if this is the right way
