  • The description was misleading. Big disappointment. You have to buy the pro version just for the essence (custom order statuses email), even though this was not marked as a pro function in the description.

    Thank you for your time and reviewing our plugin. However, there is a misunderstanding.

    ShopMagic FREE does support custom order statuses (as well as custom placeholders, filters and events). It is clearly written in our documentation.

    Would you please reconsider your rating? You can create a support thread if you have questions regarding this feature. Still – it is possible in free plugin version. I just double-checked it.
