The Dial Code & Country Code is Not Showing on Automatically Detection

Hello.

I downloaded this plugin especially for the dial code and country detection on contact form 7

and after I active the auto detect option, I try to reach the page and check if it’s detecting automatically or not. it appears my country or my dial code for 1 second and then removed, I can select it manually but this is useless actually because I choose this plugin for auto detect feature
how to fix that please help me.
