The download button does not work in specific page

    Hi
    I have designed my site with the WordPress Download Manager plugin.

    But I noticed that the download button of some pages does not work. However, it is specific to some PCs.

    This download button works on some PCs and this download button does not work on some PCs. Then just repress and the page opens again. Even if the history is clean, it looks the same.

    I surveyed the back PC, it doesn’t work on two of the 5 PCs.
    Please help in this situation.
