• Hi!
It seems that Pixel Caffeine is doubling my purchases events in Facebook Pixel – https://imgur.com/lrP5toW & https://imgur.com/1yhvoWI

Please notice, that doubled event is launched in exactly same time and what is makes it even more annoying is that first event is just registerig purchase itself and another one “adds” value of purchase…

This is my setup – https://imgur.com/wF286F0

    Please advise.

    Hi,

it seems there is some other plugin or custom code that add the Purchase events in addition to the one sent via Pixel Caffeine.

Do you have any other plugin for Facebook Pixel or some custom code in your current theme?

In case you won’t find anything, could you please give me an easy way to replicate a purchase, so I can see the issue on the page? Thanks.

Hi Antonio, I am not sure how can I do this.

As to other plugin or code – when I disable Caffeine plugin – no data at all is being send to Facebook so I am sure that your plugin is the only bridge between my page and Facebook.

Okay, so it seems you have a custom event in “Conversions/Events” that send a custom “Purchase” events in that page. Have you checked there?

    Hi,
I have double checked – I have no events nor audiences declared under Pixel Caffeine.

How can I reproduce a purchase on your website? I need to see the problem in your webpage because I’m not able to replicate the issue on my end and I don’t know honestly how this can be replicated.

    Let me know, thanks.

I am also having this problem. Was a solution ever discovered?
