    Usually that happens when a custom plugin is being used. One if your plug-ins is enqueueing a stylesheet without checking it’s on the correct page. If you deactivate your plugins one by one you’ll be able to figure out the culprit.

    If you’re the developer of the code that is causing this you will need to check what page you’re on before you enqueue your styles in admin_enqueu_script.
