I have been getting this error for a few days and today got around to finding why. I disabled each plugin in turn and checked the page editor. The plugin that is causing a problem is the SigrGround Security plugin. With it enabled I get the error, when I disable it the error disappears. My site is hosted on SiteGround services.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there @sandym2014,

I hope you are doing well!

Would it be possible to provide a bit more details on the error you are getting? Would it be possible to also provide the exact steps to replicate that error, like while this specific option is enabled, go to that specific page, click that?

More details will help us to figure out the exact reason for specific issues.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

With the SiteGround security plugin enabled when I try to either create a new page or edit an existing page and then click on either ‘Use Divi Editor” or “Use Default Editor” (I am using Divi on my site), I then get the error message.

The error message gives three options: Attempt Recovery – Copy Post Text – Copy Error

If I then click the ‘copy error’ option I get:

    Hey there @sandym2014,

Would it be possible to enable the plugin for some time, so we can investigate that issue? Also, would it be possible to provide details on which browser you are using and if there are some browser-related extensions enabled?

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

Hi, I’ve enabled the plugin on the site. I’m using Safari as my browser and have 1Password and Evernote extensions enabled. I have just tried using Firefox and don’t get the error in that browser.

    Hello @sandym2014,

I have tried to replicate the issue from Safari browser with those two extensions enabled but I was not able to. Thus leads me to believe the issue is strictly related to your browser version/settings or the settings of your extensions.

What I suggest you is to test the case with extensions disabled and browser updated.

Please let us know what you have found, it would be of huge help!

Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

    Best Regards,
    Elena
