The email confirmation to the customer displays wrong email address

This is an awesome plugin. I searched for a long time to find it!
I changed the email address in settings to the one I want to use, but the one that shows up as the return address on confirmation emails is a root directory email address from my hosting company. Could you tell me how to change this please?
