    Dear Mailpoet,

Firstly, love the plugin, makes it so quick and easy to make great looking newsletters, so thank you.

Now the issue. When trying to send a preview of a finished newsletter I am receiving the error: The email could not be sent: Bad Request

It was working with the previous version, but I have today upgraded to Mailpoet 3 version 3.3.1.

Is this a known error you are dealing with?

I also use WP MAIL SMTP (v.1.0.2), but have had no issues with these plugins working together before. Other website emails are being sent via WooCommerce and contact form.

I’ve cleared my cache, tried different email addresses, exited and re-entered the form and google searched, but no luck.

Be great if you can help!
    Thanks ??

  • I am having the exact same issues this morning (My emails have been working but I am troubleshooting an issue AOL users are reporting and this morning I cannot send Preview Emails

I am wondering if this is a bigger problem with the MailPoet servers today. Are you able to send any email out via MailPoet? I can’t.

I’m set up to use their free service, sending out emails via the MailPoet servers, not my webhost’s. But this afternoon, I noticed that the confirmation emails are not going out to new subscribers. I also tried to send out a test newsletter and it is not going through — the system “Paused” it.

Everything was working well yesterday. Just noticing this problem today.

Would love to hear if anyone else is having the same problem! Thanks much!

UPDATE: I just noticed I also got a “Bad Request” notification for the test newsletter I was trying to send. It reads: “Sending is paused because MailPoet prevents MailPoet from delivering emails with the following error: Bad Request”

    Hi!

Thank you very much for letting us know about the issue!
Unfortunately MailPoet Sending Service had an outage recently, which caused this problem to you.
Please resume sending by clicking “Resume sending” button on your “Newsletters” page, this should allow MailPoet to start sending out your emails.

We sincerely apologize about any issues that this may have caused to you, and we will be taking steps to ensure your emails are reliably delivered in the future.
If you have any further questions or issues – please do let us know and we will be happy to help.

    Best regards,
    MailPoet Team

    Hi,
I bought the premium version and my emails don’t send.
Ive tested the bounce handling and it i coming up with an error message.
I hit send instantly and it came up with a 502 error
I have also run a spam test on the mails I made and it says that the DKIM is not created but I have logged into EZOIC (this is the ad platform that I use and my DNS sits with them) and followed the instruction that you set and still no sending.

Please can one of your experts help me complete the set up so I can use properly please?
