The emails are not send in right language

Hello!
The emails for the client are not being send in the right language.
I tried editing: customer-processing-order.php with [:en] – [:nl] and [:de] but that did not work.Also I tried to change the language files, but that did not work either.
I hope some one can help me with this problem!
