The Envato site will not let me buy

    Do you have an alternative means for buying this plugin. I have been trying for a week to buy the premium version of this from Code Canyon on the Envato site, and he site will not let me sign-in or to create an account.
    This is so frustrating.
    I have reported the fault to the Envato support desk and all they keep saying is follow the instructions to purchase, which I do, but it is just not letting me buy.

    I have no wanaged to buy this through Envato. It seesm that their cookie was not working properly and was not allowing me to log-in. The solution was to clear cookies from my browser, even though my browser was working fine with all of the other myriad web resources that I access regularly. It was very difficult to get Envato to react positively, as all they kept doing was sending me generic information, rather trhan looking at teh specifi cproblem. It took a week to get them to provide a solution.

    Watch out, that company is a scam. Buy at your own risk! They will revoke your licenses and support without notice and without a license to the theme you purchased you cannot legally use it, that is the only proof you rightfully purchased the theme. Then the developer can take legal action against you. They are a messy and sneaky company.

    Hello paul, hope you are enjoying the pro version which you buy from envato.
    hello @ianparker, envato protect their buyers and provide them support if there is any issue. i suggest you dont spam like this.
