The error message doesn’t work

Hi,

In the frontend I am testing if everything is working.
I have noticed problems with the error message not appearing when I click enter. The error message works only if I click on acceptance.

If I remove the acceptance string in the backend everything works fine.

What am I doing wrong?

the acceptance string is this:

I tried to remove the Privacy policy link too but nothing.`
