By default all links have target=_self and rel=external. Would love too add nofollow also. How?

Could you try adding the following snippet, and see if that works for you?

add_action(
	'tribe_get_event_website_link',
	function($html) {
		return str_replace("rel=\"external\"", "rel=\"external nofollow\"", $html);
	}
);

If you’re not familiar with coding, you can use the Code Snippets plugin, which removes the need to add custom snippets to your theme’s functions.php file.
