The Events Calendar 6.0 not working with Elementor Theme Builder

    Months ago I created this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/the-events-calendar-6-0-not-working-with-elementor-theme-builder/page/4/#post-16492260 where I reported issues that started happening as a consequence of updating to The Events Calendar 6.0.

    That post received dozens of comments from other users reporting the same problem. However, despite the large number of people reporting the same problem, the issue HAS NOT BEEN FIXED YET. I just noticed that the topic has been closed now (???), so I am creating this new post to report exactly the same issue:

    I am using Elementor Theme Builder to create the design for the organizer page, events page, etc. I built this site 2 years ago and never had an issue. Now, after updating to The Events Calendar 6.0, things stopped working.

    Example:
    When I go to Elementor > Theme Builder > I can see the design that I created for the EVENTS ARCHIVE > When I open it in Elementor it looks good, however in reality the design is NOT being applied to the Events page. Meaning, The Events Calendar is completely ignoring the “display conditions” that I defined in the Elementor Theme Builder, and instead it’s showing the default template from The Events Calendar.

    Please, this is urgent. Elementor is one of the MAIN page builders in the market, used by so many websites. I can’t believe The Events Calendar is still not campatible.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with The Events Calendar and Elementor Theme Builder.

    As you mentioned, the free version of The Events Calendar is supported through www.ads-software.com and the support provided is limited to basic troubleshooting.

    The support team is doing their best to assist all users within the guidelines set by www.ads-software.com.

    Regarding your issue, it seems that you have reported it before and it has not been resolved yet.

    I understand your frustration and I will make sure to forward your report to the appropriate team.

    However, please note that due to the high volume of support requests and the complexity of software development, it may take some time to address the issue.

    I am not using the free version. I am using the paid version of your plugin (as many of the users reporting this issue).

    Please, we would appreciate it if you could make this fix a priority, considering that Elementor is used by so many of us
