• I have the Events Calendar plugin installed on a client’s site. I do not have access permission to update or install plugins or WordPress, so they are still on WP3.9.3 and The Events Calendar plugin is on 3.1

I only try to help them with what they have installed or with content and their IT guy does all the upgrades/updates.

So the question about The Events Calendar plugin: All of a sudden I notice that in their site backend, the All Events list (where you go to add and edit events) does not show any events although it does have a count of 62 Published and 119 Drafts. Even if I click on the Published or Drafts filter link, no events show up. This is also affecting the frontend – no events are showing in the widget. Here is a screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/ri3x76siv/

So I am wondering if it is possible that the IT guy just needs to update the Events Calendar plugin to 3.9.1 – they have not installed any other plugin or theme since the last time the events were working correctly.

I made a recommendation to them but I am waiting to hear back. It is not under my control(they should update things more timely), but I just want to know if anyone has experienced this and fixed it with an upgrade to their plugin, rather than it being a conflict issue.

    Thanks.
