the example of the description desappears

Please link to the page where I can see this on the front end – This doesn’t sound like an issue I’ve come across before, so I might get some clues as to what is happening if I can see what is showing on the front end. Also what shortcodes are you inputting?

Are you copying & pasting them in from somewhere? If so try typing them directly as you may have be copying <code> tags or some other extra code used to display the examples which is not needed when used on a site.

If you are using the visual editor try using the text editor as that should show you if there are superfluous <code> tags or similar.

You need to remove the <pre> & <code> tags around the shortcodes. You copied them in with the shortcodes, and they are causing the display issue.
