The Excerpt are not displayed

I have the same problem. Excerpts do not work with any template

Same here also. No excerpts and no highlight of search terms makes this plugin very awkward for visitors to use. Also I see the author doesn’t check in on this blog for weeks. I liked it because of the looks, but I’m going to have to use a different plugin. It’s a shame, it was a nice-looking search.

Yup. Same problem, too. I’ve used the plugin for years on a 3.x website, and will be sorry to lose it. But I need the excerpt or it’s useless to me.

Yeah… same thing here. I picked the combination of Relevanssi and this plugin and during my tests the last thing was activating the excerpt option ??

Same here, I’m not seeing excerpts, nor first 20 characters. Not using Relevanssi or any other search function, other than native WordPress and this plugin. Other than that, I’m enjoying the plugin!

Same here. I use Relevansi but even if I disable it I still face the same issue, no excerpts.

Same here. I tried with and without Relevanssi, the issue is still here.
