The Excerpt vs Catablog

  • I’m using “the_excerpt()” to display the text from Posts on Archive and Search queries. These Posts contain both text and catablog galleries. The issue is that I only want text, but “the_excerpt()” is also pulling in “image titles” and “image descriptions” from the catablog gallery. Is there any way to have this catablog info stripped-out?
