    Around 700+ pages have been affected with the error

    The extension‘amp-story-player’ was found on this page but is unused. Please remove this extension.

    Please look into it.

    I have tried disabling all the plugins but the issue still persists.
    I am using the latest version of the AMP plugin, I have also tried rolling back to the previous version but that didn’t change anything.

    I also experienced the same thing, the problem is because of the advanced amp ads plugin. If the plugin is activated, the error will appear. I am using an old version of the Advance & Ads Plugin. If I update to the latest version this problem will be resolved?

    @ahmedkaludi yes I forgot to update that rolling back to version 1.0.64.1 fixed the issue. Since the amp stories was added in .65.

    @wpdroid I rolled back to 1.0.64.1 which fixed it. You can do it by installing the plugin “Rollback”.

    this issue is not resolved yet.

    The only way to resolve this issue is to rollback on 1.0.64.1 version which is too old.

    The error I am getting on google search console is “The extension ‘amp-story-player’ was found on this page but is unused”

    please help us, there always comes a new problem with every new update of this plugin.
