After investigating this further, I was able to test integrating a test store and adding products with a sale price from my end.

In this case, it indicates an incompatibility with Woo Discount Rule. I see that you’re using their Pro version, so I would recommend you to contact them in case they can investigate to add compatibility with Facebook for WooCommerce: https://www.flycart.org/support
