  • After the Update i also have serveral issues and server problems.

    Many white pages and so on. When Pro ist active are the most issues.
    E-Mails goes to Support, there are some Problems with the new Update.

    Hi @isidore1964,

    We have the latest version in our demo site and the feature image shows. Please try clearing cache or deactivating the plugin to see if any caused an issue. I checked the HTML structure and the feature image div is not showing like in our demo.

    @tyalur, In the latest update, we have updated the settings panel. Please clear your site cache and it should resolve the issue. If it doesn’t, please let us know.

    Hello,
    I reinstalled wp delicious purged the caches disabled my cache plugin (W3 Total Cache)(Autoptimize). Then reactivated, re-purged as well as the server level one, but nothing works! Used another browser and even with my phone, I still don’t have the image highlighted.
    As for the configuration, the save button works. I can’t see where the problem is. And I also just saw that the editor has switched to classic, strange thing???, but not serious in itself!
    I think I’ll downgrade the plugin to the previous version until the problem is solved!

    Also, like Le chef Isidore, nothing helps.

    I did a clean WordPress install, with only this plugin, after a couple of time, i have a white screen of death, wordpress didnt work anymore with db? have no access to admin panel or else.

    But – when i go to my webspace via ftp, an rename the plugin so wordpress doesnt find it anymore, all works fine.

    But is only with the PRO addon, not with the Free version, i know for PRO please contact support, but with Timezones and more, it take to long with e-mail support at all.

    An then, here come the, deactivate the plugins, clear cache, pp…..

    BUT it is a clean install!

    We are able to replicate the issue related to featured image. We will release an update fixing this issue soon.

    @tyalur, I am sorry that you are facing issue. I tried to replicate the issue but couldn’t. Here’s a video showing the installation of the latest version. The settings panel loads smoothly. Please provide us with some more details so we can debug the issue and provide solution to you.

    @tyalur Thanks, it works for the backup in the settings, I think it was due to the cache for this problem !

    There is another small issue that I saw a while ago that I didn’t tell you about, it’s at the recipe level at the top the comment anchor doesn’t work and doesn’t link to the comments.
