    Hello,

I’m using the shortcode with Elementor and the feed doesn’t appear. From elementor they don’t offer this support, but they say that the shortcode is not correct and I have used the one that is generated automatically: [instagram-feed feed=2]. I’m using it in a pop up.

The website is under construction. Can you help me?

    Thank you!
    Best Regards,
    Patricia

    Hey @patriquin,

Thank you for reaching out! Sounds like you have the correect shortcode, however it can be tricky to get the plugin working in a popup window due to how the feed is initialized.

Please test going to Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced and enable the AJAX Theme Fix option and save changes. Then clear caches on the site and test loading the feed again.

To confirm the feed would work outside of a popup, please place the shortcode in a standard text och shortcode block on a static page to see if it loads properly.

Should you have further issues please reach out to us using the support form on our website found here as we would also require the System Info from the plugin’s help section.

    Thanks!
