The feed doesn’t contain more than 2785 items

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Less products in your feed can be the result of quite some things. Let me start by naming the most common and obvious ones:

1. You did not enable the ‘include product variations’ option while you do have those products;
2. You created a filter or rule that removes more products than you expected;
3. Your WP Cron is disabled, restricted or blocked by another process.

Could it be any of the above three reasons?

Strangely no product variation (only simple products), no filter or rule, no cron issue (this problem appears with manual refresh too).

The product list is truncated to the 2785th item in the feed, no more, no less…

We continue to study this issue, any idea is welcome ??

If you feel comfortable with it you could also enable the option “grant access to support” so we can login and have a look ourselves to see what is going on?

Hi Simon,

Thanks for granting access to our support-team. We were able to login and created some test feed. The one named ‘Test 2 feed Adtribes’ is an exact copy of your configured feed including all custom attributes you added.

The feed we created contains 5321 products, see:

So it seems all is working fine? We are not sure why your contains less, maybe something got messed-up with an older version of our plugin.

I would advice you start using and building on the feed we created.

Hey Eva,

I have seen your manipulations live : ) Really interesting issue; the only difference between the original feed and the new one seems to be the amount of mapped attributes (30 for the original, 29 for the new one). Maybe a way ?…

So I’ll use the new one : )

You are right, I seemed to have missed the additional image 10. Added it now and re-run the product feed. All 5321 products are still in ??
