can you please tell me how can I show the wysiwyg filed type in add new product page for vendors?
And how can I show the content in the single product page?

You can select WYSIWYG editor field in ACF and turn on Vendor Edit Allowed field.

You can use the_field or get_field function to retrieve its value.

Can you tell me where exact I should put the code ? In which file ?

WYSIWYG editor won’t work in the add product popup in vendor dashboard.

It depends on where you wish to display the custom field value. Please check WooCommerce file structure.
