the filename upload has changed

Helpme please

I can’t display an uploaded image in cf7 because the file name has changed.

I have uploaded an image called foto.jpg.
I need to show a link to download in the mail, for this I do this:
uploads/cfdb7_uploads/[filename]

the result is: uploads/cfdb7_uploads/foto.jpg
so the file doesn’t exist because now it’s called: 1597108435-foto.jpg

How I do this?
