    Hello,

The Filter Price slider on my Woocommerce Sidebar is not appearing (except with Mozilla, but NOT with Google Chrome or the Safari in iOS.).

There is a notification in the Google Chrome inspector: Uncaught TypeError: _(…).slider is not a function

I don’t understand much about this, but according to what I googled, it has something to do with jqueries.

Is there any way to keep the slider working other than deactivating the SG Optimizer?

My Woocommerce version is 7.7.2, PHP 7.4.33, WordPress 6.2.2 and Flatsome theme 3.17.1

    Hello @accari ,

Such issues usually occur, when one of the website assets interferes with some of the Frontend optimization features of SiteGround Optimizer. What I can suggest you is to
deactivate the Frontend optimizations one by one in order to identify which exact feature is causing the problem: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/sg-optimizer/frontend-optimization/

Once you find the optimization which causes this abnormal behavior, you can either leave it inactive or exclude the problematic Woocommerce script from the plugin’s interface.

Have in mind that the drop-down exclude menu only lists scripts added through the default WordPress hooks. If the script is missing from the menu, you can exclude it using one of the filters we’ve designed for that purpose. All of the available filters can be found here. The following post provides guidance on how you can find the script handle.

If you are a SiteGround client, you can submit an inquiry from the Help Desk section of your Client Area. This way our support team will be able to access your website, preview the code in question and assist you properly.

    Best Regards,

    Tsvetan Mitev
