The filters not work

  • hello, I have a filter for categories and tags, could you tell me why when I click on a specific category the tags are hidden?

    Theoretically I have products with that category and that tag but it does not give me the option to mark the tag once I select a category.

    Categories are categories.
    Tags are labels.

    Can you help me?
