I replace the default slider with my photos and all photos are in the same dimension but obviously the second slider and the third slider is cropped on mobile device.

    cant figure out why.

    Hi @bsl2020

The problem on your site is that some kind of 3rd party lazy loading plugin modifies our code and messes up the images completely. In most cases lazy loading plugins have option to exclude images by class, so try to exclude our images, which have the “.n2-ow” class.

it works perfectly! slider back to normal. The lazy loading plugin is from “SG optimizer”.

    Hi @bsl2020

As I see the CSS files of your site are combined into a single file, however I can not see our CSS appearing in it, and it isn’t called in either. So I assume this problem is actually caused by a conflict between Smart Slider 3 and the “Combine CSS Files” feature of SG Optimizer, what you find on their “Frontend Optimization” tab.

In Smart Slider 3.4 we have already created a fix for this conflict. If you could get in touch with us directly at:
    https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/?ref=https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/the-first-image-slider-is-larger-than-the-rest-on-mobile/
then we could send you an updated installer. So you could continue using both Smart Slider 3 and the “Combine CSS Files” feature of SG Optimizer.

    Best regards,
    Laszlo.
