The flip doesn’t work on chrome and firefox browser

    Dear DearFlip support,

    The embeddeb pdf. flip works on my computer, and on many others, but doesn’t work on my client computer. More precisely it doesn’t appear on Chrome and Firefox browser, but works perfectly on Edge.
    What could be the problem? How can we solve this?

    Hi,

    Can you ask him to send some screen shots, and Browser Developer console log.

    We can’t say much based on what you have mentioned. It’s working in other devices, just one computer. It can be some driver issues on the device with Chrome and Firefox.

    If it is a driver issue then the problem will be seen in second link.

    Dear Deip,
    Thanks, for your answer.
    Something problem can be with my client Chrome and Firefox browsers.
    If He try it in incognito mode, everything is OK.
    So sorry for unnecessary work, I think the DearFlip is working perfectly, my Clients has some problem with his laptop.

    Hi,

    Give it a try by asking him to clear the cache. It might work.
