    I am trying to update WordPress

    Are you doing the update from the WordPress dashboard, or from third-party software (perhaps your host’s control panel)? Your screenshot doesn’t look like the default WordPress dashboard to me.

    If you’re using some 3rd-party tool, kindly contact the provider of that tool for help.

    Alternatively, login to your WordPress site’s dashboard and do the update from there.
