    Hello Yoast Team,

I have some problems after update the latest Yoast version as below-

“The following file(s) is/are blocking your XML sitemaps from working properly:
    /home/myspace/public_html/sitemap.xml
Either delete them (this can be done with the “Fix it” button) or disable Yoast SEO XML sitemaps.”

When i hit fix button it’s working perfect but google webmaster tool can’t find my sitemap.xml also when i lookup via FTP /home/myspace/public_html/sitemap.xml there no sitemap.xml files.

I really need your assistance about this matter i’m trying to fixed it since past weeks ??

    Looking your assist

    Thank you.

Yoast SEO sitemaps are created on the fly so there are no physical files that you will see on your site. Additionally, the sitemap file created is actually an index file so the URL would be:

    https://www.example.com/sitemap_index.xml

Please submit the index URL to Google.

Now i understand and i have submitted “sitemap_index.xml” and it’s working perfect.
    Thanks a lot Amboutwe.
