    HI. I am able to send a test message from the website SMTP tools interface and it arrives fine but when using the form I get the error SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: webenquiries@********.com: No such recipient here. We are trying to route via Mimecast and it’s proving diffficult. We have setup a mailbox rather than a distribution list (as it was originally)

    Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

    The error message you shared is being triggered by your SMTP mail server.

    The error usually occurs when the email address you are sending to is not a valid email address or if it was typed incorrectly.

    To resolve this, please make sure you have the email address spelled correctly. Confirm with the recipient that you have their correct email address.

    And if all is correct, please check with your SMTP hosting provider as they should be able to advise on why the error is being generated by their servers.

    Well its resolved. Nothing to do with your SMTP plugin. After two weeks of narrowing it down it ended up being a hosting firewall setting.

    the hosting company Adjusted the SMTP_BLOCK value in the CSF firewall configuration and all is working.
