    This is the support forum for the stand alone wordpress facebook chat plugin. The facebook chat plugin for woocommerce is a different product. If that is the product you are having trouble with you can reach out for support on the woocommerce site.

    If not, the fb-root element doesn’t appear on the page you linked. Can you confirm that in the process of setting up your multisite that you did not deactivate the plugin, that you still have it installed, and that you’ve completed the setup in the settings for the plugin?

    We use Facebook Chat Plugin – Live Chat Plugin for WordPress. We do not use any woo commerce facebook plugins or extensions.
    At the moment https://pechatnica.com is active, plugin for facebook chat is active and connected to facebook.com/pechatnica.bulgaria. In settings code deploying is set to all pages.
