• Bonjour, Florent

Firstly, congratulations for this great plugin!
It works great (or it used to), but recently there is a big issue with the font size (and family). I think it was after one of the latest updates.

I am a web developer working on the page mentioned above that has a bit more complex form for which I had to create a correspondent PDF with the details filled in the form. I struggled for a long time, as some of the settings in the PDF admin form did not work, but I eventually managed to get it to a nice format by using inline CSS which did the trick.

Recently the generated PDF gets to 10 pages instead of 5 as it should.
Looking into it, I noticed that there is a lot of text out of place, mainly because the font size doesn’t seem to listed to the inline CSS settings I added in the “Personlize your PDF” area.

In the resulting PDF, the font size is always 18.3333px; and the family is “sans-serif”

I’ve tried all I could, but nothing fixes it. Obviously I changed the “Font Family & Size” option, changed the content of the PDF to just a simple text, added custom CSS classes in the WP cusomiser, etc.

Did you or anyone have any issues like this and how can it be fixed?

Thank a lot for your time!

    Andy

    Bonjour Florent and Andy,

I do have a simular issue. Had to work hard with inline CSS to get things rather running. But f.i. I do have problems when text (p) is introduced with more than one paragraph. First element font-size is changed by inline-syle but second paragraph switches back to 11pt.

Tried to connect with CSS-Stylesheet in your admin-form, but did not get it running. Perhaps an issue of SSL as I read here. I don’t know.

@andy: I tried everything you did – even tried to make some changes in original code of the plugin – only to understand the strange behaviour. But stopped after having spent too much time without solution.

Is there any hope for help? Perhaps gathering our power?

Thank you for your time and the otherwise very useful plugin.

    Hi Ron,

Quick reply before I forget, I think the only way I made it work a little bit better is by adding inline CSS for each element I needed reformatted (divs, spans etc.).
A bit tedious, but it’s the only way ATM.
Hope it helps, let me know please.
