The footer bottom of my website contains errors

  • How do I edit and delete this extra text (About, Advertise, Privacy & Policy, Contact) I did not write it nor can it be found neither in the “Footer Widgets” tab nor in the “Footer Bottom” tab. Check the link –

    To edit the footer on the OceanWP theme, you can navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer. Then, in Customizer, you can find two tabs, one related to footer widgets and one other related to copyright.

    Regarding the errors, what kind of error do you get on the footer of the site? Please share the message of errors here.

    My apologies. The content in the footer should now be visible.

    Neither the footer widgets nor the one related to copyright can solve the issue. The problem seems unrelated to these tabs. The problem with the extra text (About, Advertise, Privacy & Policy, Contact) is still visible and unresolved.

    You can find the footer template from WP Dashboard > OceanWP > My Library.
    For more information about custom footer widgets, follow the steps explained in this article: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/600-how-to-create-a-custom-footer.
