    once activated pluigin (following the instructions)

    ? in contacts and disappeared the previously created module (even if present as published)

    Are you saying that your previously created forms have disappeared? Have you assigned them to your default language? (instructions point 4, 5, 6 and important whern you are setting up polylang with existing cf7 forms.

    I think the reason you cannot see your forms is maybe due to the same issue a user reported on this thread. Are you by any chance viewing your WP dashboard in another language other than english? If so, would you mind changing to english and see if you have the same problem?
