The form (2.6.9) does not work in Safari

Hi,

We have been using WP User Manager for very long on one of our websites. Up until now the form has worked as it should with all modern browsers – but now suddenly not with Apples Safari.

We have tried to rollback to the previous version of the plugin, 2.6.7., and we have tried to rollback the theme but the form does not work.

After having filled in all information and if the users clicks to send in the data/form noticing happens b besides the form is loaded again minus the password. No error messages and no information on what might be wrong.The form just reloads.

The form still works with Chrome/Brave.
