    Good morning !
I did not find the solution by looking on the forum …
Here is my problem: the form field corresponding to the e-mail is not accessible …
It is like “blocked”, we cannot click in it to register content …
I put a message in the meantime to warn members that registrations are closed for the moment …

Here is the version of the plugin: 3.6.1
I have already tested the plugin with all other extensions disabled, but the problem persists …
If you’ve already encountered the problem, maybe it’s just a setting I accidentally touched …

While waiting for a potential solution, I wish you a happy end of the year.
    Best regards.

  • I am having the same issue. I have checked and double checked and not seeing any issues in the setup.

Same issue here, the email field cannot be typed into, locked, blocked as written by others.

We’d be grateful if this could be fixed, thank you.

An extra note, if you find it’s not a problem with the way we’ve set things up, but is a fix needed in the version, please advise if the pro version can be bought fixed, once we can see how the free version with working email field works for our purpose, thank you.

    Hi @cagousurf, @marciamcdonnough, @champenois,

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

It looks like the bug comes from “Email confirmation” when changing user email address found inside WordPress -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> Advanced. Disabling that feature will resolve the issue. We will release an update on January 10 that will fix this issue.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Best regards,
