• I’m using Spacious. The format in the editor is not the same page that is on the web. WHY? The link is to a pdf that compares the two views.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

That editor layout is the default behavior of the theme. If you want to make the editor same as the site, you need to install the additional plugin for the editor. Can you search in the WordPress plugin directory for the same and manage it?

    Thanks.

I guess I don’t know what plug in to look for. What’s its name?

    Hi,

You can search for a plugin(e.g., Editor Full Width Gutenberg) for making editor full width.

    Thanks.

Hi. I have been busy with many other things. I looked into this further on google but I am just not understanding. If I use the Spacious editor and set a sentence to be a <H1>, when I look at it live the line is not Large nor formatted like I had it in the editor.
Someone said I may have a basic editor of which I am unsure.
I thought that when I designed the page for the theme in the wordpress editor that what I ‘create’ will be my webpage.
This is not true right now.
The editor looks nice. Good spacing, different fonts, different formatting. But the web page looks like a straight text document.
I have downloaded additional plug ins.
If you look at the PDF the top portion is what the webpage looks like and the bottom is what I want it to look like (the bottom is in the editor)

I’m not sure what to do at this, except to have an ugly website or look for another theme.
