the free theme caused customizing to quit and no support

I was just about finished customizing the illdy theme. An update on the theme became available. I updated, and from there could no longer use the customizing option which means I could no longer update my entire one-page template. I contacted support and did not hear back.

I utilized support through my web host and they discovered that the illdy companion plugin was the cause of the issue. This plugin not only made the illdy theme unusable, it prevented me from installing new themes and customizing those new themes as well.

I do not recommend installing this theme.
