Hello, I use the Eventbrite plugin on my website but I don’t understand why some future events don’t appear.

The next one is on February 3rd, it is well displayed on my site but the one on February 14th does not want to be displayed. I tried with all the shortcodes but it doesn’t work. Is there a delay in the display? This event of the 14th is well displayed on the Eventbrite website.

    Thanks for your help ??

When did you create the event?

it’s not me directly who takes care of putting the events on Eventbrite but I would say in the last 24 hours.

To protect the performance of your system and also to ensure you don’t exceed Eventbrite API limits, the plugin caches events and so changes in Eventbrite ( e.g. new events, updated, deleted events ) are not reflected in the front end immediately.

The default cache period is 24 hours. This means that when you add or change events it may take up to 24 hours for them to show.

Thank you very much for your answer. I suspected that there was a delay between the Eventbrite site and the posting on the website.
I will look tomorrow to see if it is displayed correctly on my website.

Thank you very much for your answer.

One last thing: my client would like the term “minutes” not to be displayed in the cards. Is it possible to hide it? I know how to hide all the time but I can’t find a way to remove just this term.

The default time format comes from the site’s default time settings in Dashboard>Settings>General Date Format / Time Format

If they don’t like 00 min they probably don’t want it site wide – so that is the simplest.

There are other methods such as filters – there is extensive developer documentation and troubleshooting on the knowledgebase https://fullworksplugins.com/docs/display-eventbrite-events-in-wordpress/
