    Hello!
Please tell me what slider module you are using. Also please provide me screenshot of slider settings and link to your slider.
We will check what is wrong.

@op: This is a terrific plugin, and support is fabulous (always responsive)! Even with this problem, the pros outweigh this one con (which has always been there; every now and then, I look to see if a fix is posted). Since my slides are images and not infogaphics, for example, I can afford to overlook it, though I know not everyone has that luxury. I’ve read elsewhere the problem is inherent in the BxSlider code. Have you tried any of the other slider types, to see if the problem exists with all of them?

@supsystic: All of the sliders at NaturesFolio.com under Galleries are using BxSlider. If I recall correctly, once I reach 10 or 12 slides, any re-ordering of slides I do doesn’t stick. I did do some custom formatting, and thought that may be the problem, but if others are having it too, then I’m thinking it’s not me.

    Hello!
If you have contacted with us in another topic or ticket or referred to someone else’s topic – please provide us link to this topic ot ticket please. AS it is difficult to clarify the problem in such way.

As for your problem. We tried to reproduce the issue with bx slider on our test servers – and have no luck with this. Please provide me link to the slider on your site and screenshot of the slides order in the settings.

Also you can contact us through our?internal support. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.
